So we could see the grass again

No snow when we were in Pennsylvania... very small amounts in Utah. Well we got about two snowy days here so far. and even with that we missed the grass so much we rolled all the snow up into snowballs so we could see the grass again.
This snow was gone by the time Jeremy's parents came to visit for a few days before they went to the mtc, I think they were a little disappointed we didn't have piles of snow to whip off the car. That was super fun getting to spend some time with them though, and we got to see them after their week at the mtc and they were loving everything, it was awesome. I am sure they will love their time in New York even more =)

November 22, 2011

You've all seen these pictures by now but my blog needs them! =) The wind made some of the group pictures look funny but I think they turned out good! This first picture is my favorite.

Those are my favorites! Despite the wind and cold it was a beautiful day for me =)

2011 was a dang good year

2011 is the year I married Jeremy =) We met in 2010 but started officially dating last January so we've been together for about year and that year was the best I could ever ask for. Tomorrow we are headed back to Utah and saying good bye to Pittsburgh. Not sure when we will be back.

Mt. Washington

Triple date! Our family became very coupley

Cute Gazebo in Ligionier

Amy and Hans flew out of Cleveland so we all went to Ohio for the day and visited Kirtland. They had all of their Christmas nativities from around the world set up in the visitors center those are always neat. Amy and Johannas made it about 2 minutes inside the Whitney store because he was being a two year old and needed to go back to the visitors center. I have been to Kirtland before but always with a big group like with our stake youth group and we were piled into the little rooms and I think I was more worried about staying with my friends than what the missionaries were saying. This was a different experience because it was just our family. Very peaceful and you could feel that special spirit Kirtland has so strong. It was a great reminder of all the hard work and hard times that the Saints went through there. In the picture you can see we only have half of the group, the other half went to the Pro football hall of fame lol Coming here also reminded me of the church sites we've visited as a family in Palmyra and Missouri.

Go Steelers from Johannas! We made him say that a looot over Christmas break. I am gonna miss this kid, I don't know when I am going to see him next either... Caitlin or Kevin needs to get married soon so we can have another family gathering haha well this is my last post from Pennsylvania, back to Utah life tomorrow! I love everything.
