Some Christmas

We were a little slow getting a Christmas tree this year (says me who wanted one the day after Thanksgiving). We had a busy weekend and then Jeremy kept working late so we went on his lunch break because I could not wait any longer! Jeremy is suppose to make a paper angel for the top of the tree... he has less than two weeks to actually do it we will see if we ever get a top to this tree. It doesn't look like Christmas outside but we've got some Christmas in our new house which is very fun :)

Happy Two Years to Us

We didn't take a picture today and now I am falling asleep, but I love celebrating this day with Jeremy. There is no way two years ago I could have known how great we would be. I love him more each day. Happy Anniversary to us!

San Diego

We went to San Diego for a few days for Brandon's wedding. My supervisor let me take a few days off as long as I make them up in the end (student teaching). They got married in the San Diego temple and it was a beautiful day. We spent a few nights there so we could wander around and Jeremy could surf and eat ice cream. 

Every picture I put on here has probably come from my phone so we are lacking in photo quality and we probably will for a long time I don't see any cameras in my near future. 

Happy Birthday to Elayna

Elayna turned 13 on Friday and got a skateboard. Jeremy was almost more excited about it than Elayna was!

Lauren and Dan are great and so nice to always invite us over. We love their family. 

Temple Day

When I lived in Provo I always told myself I would never be so blessed to have a temple so close ever again. Now I moved to Texas and still have a temple so close. so blessed. While we were there someone asked me if I was a regular. First time there and I already look like a regular!

My dad has a bucket list

My dad came to Utah to drop Cait off at the MTC, and he said going to the Manti temple was on his bucket list and we had to go, so on my last day in Utah we got ourselves there. It was me, my dad, Liv, Kathy and Jeremy and here are the pictures we took.... the same picture with every combination of people I love in them.

OBX

Vacation at the Outer Banks in North Carolina with my family. I don't know what happened to Johannes but apparently I missed a year and a half of his life and he is a little boy now.

 Weather was horrible but we needed to squeeze the trip into May so Cait could come before she leaves for the MTC on Wednesday.

It was very fun all of us together again. I don't know when that will happen again, I am sure the family picture will have changed by then :)

Phillip came to visit and wanted to hike squaw peak. The only thing that got these boys to the top was a promise of an Oreo. Just kidding the only thing that got me to the top was a promise of an Oreo!

Lucky

We are moving to Texas at the end of the month! I got my official student teaching placement I am going to be in a first grade class almost entirely ESL students. I requested fourth grade but I also requested an ESL class so I guess I just can't have it all :) Even more exciting Jeremy got a new job! So we are moving sooner than we thought. His work is 20 miles from my school so we got pretty lucky. I am so proud of Jeremy for working so hard this year. Now to just figure out how to survive a move to Texas in the middle (shoot is this the beginning??) of the summer! We are excited to be doing something new and being closer to Jeremy's family.

On another note. My sister was staying with us and left this last week. She is leaving on a  mission to Ogden, UT at the end of this month. This makes it easier to leave Provo because she is too. I am going to miss her. So here is a picture of us in the square.
