They have a bucket of napkins on each table. You better believe we used that bucket!
Rae is getting so old and I feel like she recently changed again. She is so silly all the time. She likes to squeak and squeal and when she is happy she rolls on the ground and kicks her feet in the air. Today JP hoped over to her and she said uh-uh! Rae's tea party and shooed her away and then giggled and rolled on the ground kicking her feet in the air. Her favorite book is definitely The Run Away Bunny. I found it at goodwill and it took the place of the Easter Elmo book as the book we read everyday. Every time we get to the part where the mama rabbit becomes the wind and blows the baby rabbit sail boat, we look at each other and blow in each others face.
The other day Rae looked at me and said "hear daddy!" you hear daddy? "Hear daddy outside!" .... someone was mowing their lawn and she associates the sound with Jeremy, I thought that was so funny.
The cutest thing Rae does though is talk in her sleep. She is such a heavy sleeper that before I go to bed I can go in and check on her, put her head back on her pillow, take off the blanket that's making her sweat, and then I will give her a kiss or say love you and she will respond without opening her eyes! She will say "goodnight mum!" or "I yove you" or sometimes just make the kiss sound back. It's the best.
We spend a lot of time at the library, Rae loves story time and she has gotten pretty handy with a glue stick. Our fridge is full of the things she makes at the library. We also spend a lot of time sweating. What use to be a quick walk around the neighborhood now is a very long walk where I am breathing heavy by the end and wondering if my hip is still attached correctly. I am basically falling apart. Six weeks left. I wake up everyday and think June, June, we made it to June. We are so excited for "baby brother"! Rae says she will not be sharing her chair with baby brother but she is very aware that this imaginary brother of hers has a room and a bunch of stuff around the house. She knows he is in my stomach but she lifts up my shirt everyday to see if she can see him and has no luck. Anytime I say my back hurts or my leg hurts Rae says "Better mum, better". Yeah, it will get better, thanks Rae.
so sweet! :)
