July July we made it to July

When the lifeguards take their break at the pool we eat PB&J and take selfies. Rae loves the swimming pool, today was the first time she noticed there are life guards there when one started talking to her. I then tried to explain what a lifeguard is, and it is so funny watching her focus and try and understand what I am saying (when she is interested in what I am saying of course, don't throw my clothes out of my drawers isn't nearly as interesting as lifeguards). 

She seems so old these days. She can come back from the park with Jeremy and when I say what did you do at the park she will list the things she did from the slide to the swings and she will inform me that the moon is now out and its getting dark. She has moved from repeating me like a parrot to having little conversations. 

We are so excited for baby brother! WE MADE IT TO JULY. Sometimes the fact that time actually did pass is really interesting to me I guess. We've had some long days. As excited as we are, I AM GOING TO MISS THIS. 

How can you not miss this. I wanna cry about the end of Rae and mommy days, I wanna cry about being pregnant, I want to cry wanting baby to be here already, I want to cry about what is going to happen when baby IS here ........ poor Jeremy has to put up with this. But hey, we made it to July, I think we will be alright.
